Terms & Conditions

Effective: April 2026

Applies globally. Please read these terms carefully before using VandrMen.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the VandrMen application or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vandr Men Pty Ltd (“VandrMen”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Victoria, Australia.

 

2. Eligibility

VandrMen is intended for men aged 16 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that:

If we discover that an account belongs to a user under 16, we will terminate the account and delete all associated data immediately.

 

3. Account Registration & Security

To access any features on VandrMen, you must create an account. You cannot access any features without an account. You may register using your email address and password, or via Google or Apple single sign-on (SSO).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being used in violation of these Terms.

 

4. Membership Tiers

VandrMen offers two membership tiers:

Free users have access to the following features at no cost:

Free users will see upgrade prompts when attempting to access ELITE-only features. Free users will see advertisements within the app. Upgrading to ELITE removes all ads.

ELITE Tier

ELITE membership unlocks full access to all features, including:

 

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Pricing

ELITE membership is available on the following plans:

Free Trial

The 7-day free trial is available on the yearly plan for new ELITE subscribers only. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be charged the full yearly price. You may only use the free trial once.

Auto-Renewal

ELITE subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise VandrMen to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. VandrMen uses RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements and billing logic. RevenueCat receives user identifiers, purchase history, and subscription status to facilitate this. VandrMen does not directly collect or store your payment details. By subscribing, you also agree to the payment terms of the relevant app store and RevenueCat’s terms of service (revenuecat.com).

Cancellation

You may cancel your ELITE subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain ELITE access until that date. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of a billing period.

 

6. Streak Shields

Streak Shields are an optional in-app purchase available to all users. Each new streak begins with 2 complimentary Streak Shields, which protect your streak if you miss a check-in day.

When your shields are exhausted and your streak is at risk, you may purchase additional shields for $1.99. This payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchased shields are consumed immediately upon use and are non-refundable.

 

7. Refund Policy

All purchases made through VandrMen — including ELITE subscriptions and Streak Shield purchases — are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Refund requests for App Store purchases must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund requests for Google Play purchases must be directed to Google Play support. VandrMen has no control over and accepts no responsibility for refund decisions made by Apple or Google.

 

8. Community & User Content

Community Features

ELITE members have access to the following community features:

Your Content

When you post, share, or submit content (“User Content”) to any community feature, you retain ownership of that content. However, by submitting User Content you grant VandrMen a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and moderate that content within the Service for as long as it remains on the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

Random Chat

Random Chat connects you anonymously with another VandrMen user. While we moderate the platform, VandrMen cannot guarantee the behaviour of other users in anonymous chat sessions. Use this feature at your own discretion. Do not share personal identifying information in Random Chat sessions.

 

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on VandrMen. Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination without warning:

VandrMen reserves the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of these Terms. Our decision to terminate an account is final.

 

10. Not a Medical or Therapeutic Service

VandrMen is not a medical service, mental health service, or substitute for professional therapy or clinical treatment.

The educational courses available in the Library are produced by licensed professionals and are designed to provide general information and practical tools. They do not constitute a clinical diagnosis, therapeutic relationship, or personalised medical advice.

The Vandr Chat AI guide is an AI-powered support tool. It is not a therapist, counsellor, or mental health professional. Responses from Vandr Chat are not clinical advice and should not be treated as such.

The SOS breathwork tools are general wellness techniques. They are not a crisis intervention service.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or require clinical support, please contact a qualified health professional or a crisis helpline in your country immediately. 11. Intellectual Property

All content within VandrMen — including but not limited to the Vandr character and artwork, course videos, Daily Moments, app design, branding, text, software, and the VandrMen name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Vandr Men Pty Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any VandrMen content without our prior written permission.

The educational courses in the Library — including all course content, frameworks, and materials — are owned by Vandr Men Pty Ltd. Laura Miano and Reuben Lowe appear in these courses as licensed professionals whose credentials and likenesses are used with permission.

Your ELITE or Free membership grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not grant any ownership rights.

 

12. Vandr Chat — AI Guide

Vandr Chat is an AI-powered guide available to ELITE members. It is designed to provide motivational support, accountability, and general guidance on quitting pornography. It is not a therapist or medical professional.

Vandr Chat is powered by the OpenAI API. When you send a message, it is transmitted to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI’s handling of data sent via its API is governed by OpenAI’s own privacy policy and terms of service, available at openai.com. We recommend reviewing these if you have concerns about how your data is handled by OpenAI.

By using Vandr Chat, you acknowledge and agree that:

You may request deletion of your Vandr Chat conversation history at any time by contacting privacy@vandrmen.com.

 

13. Third-Party Services

VandrMen integrates with third-party services including Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, OpenAI, and Vandr AI. Use of these services is subject to their own terms and conditions. VandrMen is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party service.

Links or references to external resources within the app or website are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.

 

14. Privacy

Your use of VandrMen is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.vandrmen.com/privacy and within the app under Settings. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

 

15. Account Termination

Termination by VandrMen

VandrMen reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice or refund if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we determine that your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform. Termination decisions are final.

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings menu or by contacting privacy@vandrmen.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the Service ends immediately. Any User Content you have posted may be removed at our discretion. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including Sections 10, 11, 16, and 17.

 

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

VandrMen is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

Results vary between users. VandrMen supports your journey but cannot guarantee outcomes.

 

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vandr Men Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or emotional distress.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to VandrMen in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

 

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vandr Men Pty Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

 

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, except where prohibited by local law.

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, Canada, or Australia, nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under your local consumer protection laws.

We encourage you to contact us at privacy@vandrmen.com before initiating any formal dispute. We will make a genuine effort to resolve issues directly and promptly.

 

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, or our business practices. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version of these Terms is always available at www.vandrmen.com/terms and within the app under Settings.
